In order to accommodate the load in operation for the concert being staged in the Holmes Center this Friday night, the rear entrance to the Holmes Deck from Blowing Rock Road will be closed to all traffic. All permit holders will need to plan on entering/exiting the deck throughout the day from the Hill Street side near the John Thomas Building.
