Faculty/Staff parking information for football game on Saturday, Oct. 30

On Saturday, Oct. 30, the following lots require a GAME DAY PERMIT — regular campus parking registration is NOT VALID. All unauthorized vehicles, including state-owned vehicles, must be removed prior to 8 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30. 

 

AppalCART will be running game day routes — download the TransLoc app for real-time passenger information.

 

Restricted parking areas

 

Vehicles parked in the following areas without a game day permit will be towed at the owner’s expense beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30:

 

• ALL lots near Kidd Brewer Stadium. These include Bowie/Eggers Lot, Champions Lot, East Stadium Gate Lot, North End Zone Lot, Quinn Center Lot, Softball Lot, Stadium Deck, Stadium Lot and Top of the Rock Lot.
• Beasley Complex Lot
• Broyhill Music Lot
• Duncan/Rankin Lot
• Greenwood Lot
• Hill Street Lot
• Holmes Lot
• John E. Thomas Lot
• Legends Lot
• Library (College Street Parking Deck)
• Peacock Lot
• Rivers Street Parking Deck 
• Schaefer Center Lot
• Student Recreation Center Lot (SRC)
• University Drive (runs from Watson-Brumit Hall to Roess Dining Hall)

Faculty/Staff parking information for football game on Wednesday, Oct. 20

On Wednesday, Oct. 20, App State will host a football game at 7:30 p.m. against Coastal Carolina University.

Classes will meet as scheduled throughout the day but parking will change from a workday situation to a game day situation through the evening, with some lots converting to game day parking at 4 p.m. and some remaining available for employee use throughout the game. Regular campus parking registration is required.

On Thursday, Sept. 23, App State will host a football game at 7:30 p.m. against Marshall.

Classes will go on as scheduled throughout the day but parking will change from a workday situation to a gameday situation through the evening with some lots converting to gameday parking at 3:30 p.m., some at 4:30 p.m. and some staying available for employee and student use throughout the game. Regular campus parking registration is required.
